# QliqSOFT

Learn how to set up QliqSOFT in ASC for secure messaging and Oncall Calendar. Configure WCTP credentials, recipients, phones, and delivery settings.

## How to set up QliqSOFT in ASC

QliqSOFT lets ASC send secure messages through QliqSOFT and use that delivery in on-call workflows.

Use it when your team needs secure delivery in an on-call workflow.

### Quick answer

To set up QliqSOFT in ASC, open **Integrations**, configure the QliqSOFT connection, add recipients, apply it to the right phones, then select **QliqSOFT** in **Oncall Calendar**.

### What this setup does

QliqSOFT setup in ASC has two parts:

1. configure the QliqSOFT integration
2. use that integration in **Oncall Calendar**

You must complete the integration setup first.

### Before you start

Before you start, confirm these basics:

* the account owner can sign in to ASC
* the account uses **Oncall Calendar**
* the required QliqSOFT credentials and recipient details are available

{% hint style="warning" %}
If QliqSOFT is disabled, contact your account manager or email <success@answeringservicecare.com> to request access.
{% endhint %}

If QliqSOFT is enabled, the client account owner can sign in and complete the setup.

### Check the integration status

Open **Integrations**.

Find the **QliqSOFT** integration card.

If the card shows **Enabled**, you can start setup.

If the card shows **Configured**, open **View Settings** to review or update the current setup.

Use it to confirm whether QliqSOFT is enabled or already configured.</p></figcaption></figure>
{% endstep %}

{% step %}

### Configure the QliqSOFT connection

Select the **QliqSOFT** card to open the settings.

Enter the required connection details:

* **WCTP Server URL**
* **Security Code**
* **Sender ID**

Then add one or more recipients.

Each recipient uses the QliqSOFT user identifier your team wants ASC to message.

{% endstep %}

{% step %}

### Apply the integration

In **Apply to Phones**, select the phone numbers or resources that should use this integration.

Save the configuration when the setup is complete.
{% endstep %}

{% step %}

### Configure Oncall Calendar

After QliqSOFT is saved, open **Oncall Calendar**.

Add or edit the delivery method where you want secure delivery to occur.

Choose **QliqSOFT** in **Instructions**.

Then choose the correct name in **Recipient (QliqSOFT User)**.

{% endstep %}

{% step %}

### Test the full workflow

Run a live test through the same on-call path the account will use.

Confirm the notification reaches the correct QliqSOFT recipient and that the schedule behaves as expected.
{% endstep %}
{% endstepper %}

### Settings reference

Use this section when you need to confirm a field without repeating the full setup.

#### Integration status

On the **Integrations** page, the QliqSOFT card can show:

* **Enabled**: available and ready to configure
* **Configured**: saved settings already exist
* **View Settings**: opens the current configuration

#### Required QliqSOFT fields

In the QliqSOFT settings page, complete these fields:

* **WCTP Server URL**
* **Security Code**
* **Sender ID**
* one or more **Recipients**
* the correct **Apply to Phones** selection

#### Oncall Calendar fields

When you configure the delivery step, use:

* **Instructions**: select **QliqSOFT**
* **Recipient (QliqSOFT User)**: select the saved recipient

If the recipient list is empty, confirm the integration was saved with at least one recipient.

### Validate before rollout

Test one real on-call path before broader use.

Confirm:

* the QliqSOFT configuration saves successfully
* the intended recipient appears in **Oncall Calendar**
* the notification reaches the correct QliqSOFT user
* the event or escalation path follows the expected schedule

{% hint style="warning" %}
Do not skip live validation. A saved configuration does not confirm working delivery.
{% endhint %}

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://answeringservicecare.com/docs/useful-resources/integrations/qliqsoft.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
