Answering Service Care wins ATSI Award 2012

Answering Service Care proudly announces the win of the Silver Plus ASTI Award of Excellence. This award is earned when a company wins the ASTI award for four consecutive years.

The Association of TeleServices International (ATSI) evaluates and scores telephone answering services over the United States and United Kingdom and awards the best ones. In order to win the ATSI, a company must have an overall score of 80%. A judge will score a call in the following categories:

  • Courtesy
  • Response time
  • Accuracy
  • Overall service

 

The Answering Service Care team works really hard all year around to accomplish these high scores and once again has proven that our employees are one of our greatest asset. A special thanks to the Answering Service Care team for the hard work.

Answering Service Care by Answering Service Care wins ATSI Award of Excellence.

Answering Service Care, A Division of Answering Service Care Corporation of Margate, FL has been honored with the exclusive ATSI 2012 Award of Excellence for the fourth consecutive year. This award is presented annually by the Association of TeleServices International (ATSI), the industry’s trade association for providers of telecommunications and call centre services including telephone answering and message delivery across North America and the UK. Answering Service Care, A Division of Answering Service Care Corporation was presented with the award at ATSI’s 2012 Annual Convention held at the Omni Champions Gate in Orlando, Florida.

About ATSI
The Association of TeleServices International was founded in 1942 as a national trade association representing live answering service. ATSI now encompasses companies across North America and the UK offering specialized and enhanced operator based services including: call centers, contact centers, inbound telemarketing (order entry), paging, voice messaging, emergency dispatch, fax, and internet services among others.

Independent judges are contracted by ATSI to evaluate message services over a six month period. The criteria for scoring include: courtesy, response time, accuracy and overall service to their clients. If the company scores 80% or better in ALL categories, they are presented with the coveted ATSI Award of Excellence.

If a company qualifies for the AWARD OF EXCELLENCE they have set the bar for quality in the Telephone Answering Service Industry.”
